Reports To: Accounting Manager / Finance Head

Location: ONSITE (MAKATI)

Job Summary:

The Accounting Staff (Full-Time, ONSITE MAKATI) is responsible for managing and monitoring the company’s sales transactions and receivables, ensuring accurate recording, timely collection, and proper reconciliation of accounts. This role ensures compliance with company policies and government regulations while supporting smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record, monitor, and reconcile sales transactions on a daily basis.

  • Prepare and issue billing statements, invoices, and official receipts to clients/customers.

  • Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances.

  • Ensure accurate posting of payments received and apply them to appropriate accounts.

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly sales and collection reports.

  • Coordinate with the Sales Department regarding client accounts, billing, and payment concerns.

  • Reconcile discrepancies between client accounts and company records.

  • Assist in the preparation of schedules and supporting documents for audits.

  • Maintain organized and updated records of sales and receivable transactions.

  • Perform other accounting-related tasks as may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any related field.

  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting, sales, or receivables (fresh graduates may be considered).

  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and receivable management.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with clients and internal teams.
